At Premmay, we strive to deliver high-quality Indian sweets with care and freshness. Please review our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• To cancel your order, contact us immediately with your Order ID.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos/videos of the product are shared as proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• All edible products once delivered (except damaged/incorrect items).
• Products opened, used, or partially consumed.
• Orders delayed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

4. Refund Policy

After verification of your request, we will notify you regarding approval.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Replacement Policy

Replacement is offered only in cases of damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the cost.

7. How to Raise a Request

To request cancellation, refund, or replacement, contact us with your Order ID and issue details. Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
